WARRANTY & QUALITY GUARANTEE
Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca provides warranty coverage for heavy equipment spare parts and heavy-duty truck engine, transmission, differential, and drivetrain components supplied and manufactured within our industrial production and distribution structure. Our warranty commitment reflects the quality standards applied throughout our manufacturing, sourcing, and quality control processes.
All OEM-equivalent and aftermarket spare parts are subject to strict quality control inspection before shipment. Our warranty ensures that industrial machinery components are free from material defects, manufacturing faults, and structural failures under normal operating conditions.
Warranty Period
All supplied heavy equipment and truck spare parts are covered by a six-month limited warranty starting from the invoice date, provided that installation is performed professionally and maintenance follows manufacturer technical standards. The warranty period applies to both in-house manufactured components and externally sourced OEM-equivalent parts supplied through our distribution network.
Coverage Scope
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects, material faults, and structural failures directly related to production quality. All components undergo pre-shipment quality control inspection to verify dimensional accuracy, material integrity, and compliance with technical specifications before dispatch. The warranty does not apply to damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, external impact, unauthorized modification, mechanical overload, or operational negligence.
Warranty Claim Procedure
For any warranty claim related to heavy machinery spare parts, customers must provide technical documentation, installation records, and photographic evidence for evaluation. No product may be returned without prior written authorization.
If the claim is validated, Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca will, at its discretion, replace the defective component or issue a credit note equivalent to the invoiced value.
Liability & Jurisdiction
Mahmut Usta Yedek Parca shall not be held liable for indirect or consequential damages, including installation or removal costs or third-party claims. All disputes shall be governed by the courts of Kocaeli, Türkiye.
